Terms & Shipping

NO refunds or exchanges are accepted for the following items: Custom Embroidered Items, Custom made products, Books, Videos, used, washed or worn merchandise and Special ordered products. WEAPONS, TRAINING WEAPONS and SHOES ARE NON-RETURNABLE AND HAVE NO WARRANTY

 

Merchandise must be returned within 21 days from the date of the invoice. Merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging.  Any uniform that is washed that is sent back for a refund will not be accepted.

 

PRODUCTS CONTAINED IN A PACKAGE DEAL CAN NOT BE REFUNDED, MAY BE EXCHANGED FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE ONLY – UNLESS THE FULL PACKAGE DEAL IS RETURNED THEN WE CAN ISSUE A REFUND

 

Returns are subject to a 20% – 30% restocking fee.

 

When returning an item please include the following: a copy of the original invoice, your name, address, telephone number and credit card number if you used a credit card to pay for your order. Also enclose a note explaining why you are returning the item and what you desire in exchange.

 

Shipping cost is not refundable.  Customer is responsible for all shipping cost for returns and exchanges.   If a package gets sent back to us from UPS or USPS due to the customer not being home or put in the incorrect address a return to sender fee will be applied to the product refund. 

 

Shipping:
WE CAN ONLY SHIP TO THE BILLING ADDRESS OF THE CREDIT CARD.  ANY REQUEST TO CHANGE AN ADDRESS IN THE SPECIAL COMMENTS BOX AT CHECKOUT WILL BE DENIED AND THE ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED TO THE ORIGINAL ADDRESS THE ORDER WAS PLACED WITH.  NO EXCEPTIONS. 

 

Shipping Time: 

Most orders are shipped 24-48 hours after the order has been placed. USA orders will take 2-7 business days to get delivered depending on where you live. Canada orders take 5-12 business days. Any custom made product or embroidery will ship as soon as its ready. Any product out of stock will be put on backorder and ship when its back in stock.  

 

We ship Worldwide via UPS and USPS.  Our minimum shipping charges for orders within the Continental United States is $10.95 and can go up depending on the size and weight of the package. Any product that has a shipping surcharge gets added to the minimum shipping charges. $10.95 shipping and or any flat rate surcharge excludes mats, heavy bags, wavemasters, staffs, training stands, multi-box orders and any other large products or orders. Shipping charges for overnight, 2-day and 3-day select service can only be approximate at the time an order is placed, since cost varies based on the size and weight of the carton. Please contact us with any questions about shipping charges. Please call for shipping charges outside of the Continental United States.

 

Payment Information:
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. We only ship to the Credit Card Holder’s address. We do not have C.O.D. service. We accept mail orders payable with either money order or check. Orders paid for with personal check are held for 21 days to insure that the check has cleared.
