RETURNS: When returning an item please include the following: a copy of the original invoice, your name, address, telephone number. Also enclose a note explaining why you are returning the item and what you would like done. Once we get it back we will go from there.

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES are accepted for the FOLLOWING items: CUSTOM EMBROIDERED PRODUCTS, CUSTOM MADE PRODUCTS, BOOKS, VIDEOS/DVD’S, USED / WASHED / WORN MERCHANDISE and SPECIAL ORDERED PRODUCTS. ANY WEAPON(S), TRAINING WEAPONS, TRAINING TARGETS / PADDLES / SHIELDS, CUPS AND SUPPORTERS, MOUTH GUARDS AND MOUTH GUARD CASES ARE NON-RETURNABLE/REFUNDABLE AND HAVE NO WARRANTY. RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO UP TO A 30% RESTOCKING FEE IF THIS POLICY IS NOT FOLLOWED.

Merchandise MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 21 DAYS from the date of customers delivery. Merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging. Any uniform that is washed that is sent back for a refund will not be accepted and sent back to the customer at that customers expense. Returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee if returned past return policy time frame.

PRODUCTS CONTAINED IN A PACKAGE DEAL CAN NOT BE REFUNDED, MAY BE EXCHANGED FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE ONLY – UNLESS THE FULL PACKAGE DEAL IS RETURNED THEN WE CAN ISSUE A REFUND

Shipping cost is not refundable. Customer is responsible for all shipping cost for returns and exchanges. If a package gets sent back to us from UPS or USPS due to the customer not being home or put in the incorrect address a return to sender fee will be applied to the product refund.

Shipping Time:

Most orders are shipped 24-48 hours after the order has been placed. USA orders will take 2-7 business days to get delivered depending on where you live. Canada orders take 5-12 business days. (any delivery import tax / customs fee is covered by the customer) Any custom made product or embroidery will ship as soon as its ready. Any product out of stock will be put on backorder and ship when its back in stock.

We ship Worldwide via UPS and USPS. Our minimum shipping charges for orders within the Continental United States is $12.99 and can go up depending on the size, weight of the package and where its being delivered to. Any product that has a shipping surcharge gets added to the minimum shipping charges. $12.99 shipping and or any flat rate surcharge excludes mats, heavy bags, wavemasters, staffs, training stands, multi-box orders and any other large products or orders. Customer will be contacted if any shipping charges are owed. Shipping charges for overnight, 2-day and 3-day select service can only be approximate at the time an order is placed, since cost varies based on the size, weight and destination. Please contact us with any questions about shipping charges. Please call for shipping charges outside of the Continental United States.

Weapons can not be shipped outside of the USA. If a customer places an order outside of the USA for a weapon(s), customer assumes all risks that the package might be confiscated and not delivered. No refund will be given.

Payment Information:
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. We only ship to the Credit Card Holder’s address. We do not have C.O.D. service. We accept mail orders payable with either money order or check. Orders paid for with personal check are held for 21 days to insure that the check has cleared.
